Euro 2012 Purchase Issue

We’ve had a fair few people asking us in the comments and on Twitter about the Euro 2012 DLC requiring them to purchase before they can use it, even though they already have.

It’s certainly an issue on the Xbox 360 and may be on the PS3 too, not sure. Either way, there’s a simple fix, you just need to go to the store when prompted, then exit out. Sadly you’ll need to repeat this process every time you load up the DLC.

    That doesn’t work for me because when I go on the store on the euro tab there is nothing there!!. So to fix it I go on the PS store and redownload it.

    All the problems with this dlc and thats all you got for us, we need someone to communicate with ea on gamers behalf because we are being totally ignored by ea like we are s**t on there shoe

    This is happening to me and I still cannot believe that a proper fix has not been issued. Further evidence that EA has dropped the ball here

    I don’t know if you guys are aware of this, but there are some images supposedly from FIFA 13 circulating on the web today. It doesn’t look much different from FIFA 12, even because the kits and boots are still the same from the latest game in the series.

    @Tiago K.D we’re aware of the screens yes but we’re under embargo so we’re unable to link/post any details unless told otherwise by EA.

    @Mak I think it’s safe to say that they’re aware of what a catastrophe it’s been. If they choose to bury their head in the sand again like they have done before, then no one can really change that. Apart from not buying future products…

    Not sure what you’re expecting us to do really?

    Typically that stuff goes in later anyway, but I see your point.

    Aside from more faces being created using the 8 way tech, I’m not really expecting a massive jump in graphics this year.

    This bug happened once, but I restarted the console and it went away.

    For this DLC, not having qualifying rounds was pretty bad, but this expidition mode has been better than I figured. Conquering Europe with my FIFA Pro is pretty cool. My character is dominating.

    @mak we’ll ask, but EA have a tendancy to go dark on things like this, so it’s unlikely we’ll get a response.

    They may tuck a few fixes in with the squad updates before the tournament starts, but your guess is as good as mine. Not heard anything yet.

    man i really hope fifa 13 will have some serious new gameplay animations… im sick off all the same games i have played… i need more freedom in scoreing and dribbling…

    although fifa13 screens look the same as fifa 12… someone who hasnt played fifa for years wont eaven notice that this screens are from fifa 13… could although be fifa 11…

    third think is i want custom tactics for my online gameplay..and i want to save them not every time to make them new for every online game…

    and last thing…. the kits still looking like the are rockhard..

    @Tom Mills Me neither. I’d be much happier if there were major changes to gameplay and carrer mode rather than graphics, as it doesn’t seem like there’s room for much improvements in this categorie, as seen in these pictures…

    I have a purchase issue with this game too. I bought this DLC thinking it was going to be worth the £15.99 I spent on it. It turns out about 50p of work went into it and a patch for all the bugs in this vacuous transparent cheap lame pile of poop is apparently not forthcoming.

    Keep the 50p EA, however, I would appreciate the other £14.49 returned to my PSN wallet asap. Cheers.
