FIFA 12 Roster Update Available Now

The FIFA 12 Roster Update as promised is now available for you to download, updating your game with all the transfers that took place in January.

**I’ve just download it on PS3 in the UK, other regions may update at different times**

We’re trying to get information on which players that have seen their stats improved and by what margin and we’ll update this post as and when we get it.

To download the Roster Update launch FIFA 12 on your console and go to:

Customise FIFA > Edit Teams > Change Squads/Rosters > Download Updates

 

But for now I’m sure you’ll all do your own digging, so who’s rating didn’t go up enough and who needs to drop down a peg or two? Hit the comments and let us know.

    btw are the players who were in the game at the start but were released now free agents in the game? that would be great.

    Now this is not fair! How can a team’s players loose attributes LIKE THAT?! Okay VP got +2, Ox +5, Scszesny +1, Koscielny +2 and? Arshavin -2, Gervinho -4, Arteta -1, Vermaelen -1. Lost and Drawn all the games after this roster degrade! Used to have a winning % of 75 and now it fell to 0!

    @Luke some have like josh mceachran (Swansea, on loan from Chelsea), but others have not like Frimpong (Wolves, on loan from arsenal)

    @harry, frimpong is now back with arsenal having been injured longterm! i’m guessing that is why he is not in the update!

    because frimpong got injured and hes out for the year so hes back at arsenal

    would players that werent in the game at the start of the season be able to download with the updates aswell

    the update only works for me on career mode and when im playing online. when i try to update the roster it freezes at 100% all the time. you guys have any ideas with whats wrong.

    @chris try deleting any creation centre content you have and then try downloading again.

    @ Brad yes, for example the MLS draftees are in the game.

    AC Milan 4-0 Arsenal
    Man City 1-1 1-2 Napoli
    Man Utd 3-3 1-2 Basel
    Man Utd 2-2 1-1 Benfica

    I think premier league players is over-rated in game…
    premier league player is too high than other league teames…
    it’s my opinion.

    And? For the past few years, English clubs have always progressed far into the Champions League. United is still the second highest rated UEFA club behind Barcelona, and reached the final just last year. Tottenham beat AC Milan last year. I fully expect City to do better next year. Napoli caught everyone by surprise.

    Arsenal held their own against Barcelona at home last year. It’s only because this year they haven’t managed to replace Fabregas and Nasri that they’re struggling. Both Chelsea and Arsenal are going through a rough time now, though Chelsea still managed to beat a Valencia side that were in form. Last year’s squads would have had no problem with that Milan team.

    A few seasons ago we had an all English final. Villareal were terrible this year. City had no problem disposing of Porto in the Europa league this year, and were unlucky not to progress having gotten a decent amount of points in a tough group. Basel beat Bayern as well. You can’t lower the ratings based on one season. I agree that certain Premier League players are overrated, like Rooney and Arshavin, but for the most part they’re still at least as good as the Spanish, German and Italian leagues, except for a few teams like Madrid and Barca who are at a level above. If the same thing happens in the next few years, then I agree that some ratings should be dropped. Arsenal should definitely no longer be a 5 star team, and depending on how Chelsea go about the next season they may also have to be lowered.

    I haven’t seen the updates yet, but I hope that they’ve made Juve a 5 star team. Also If Torres is still an 86 something is wrong. Pato should also have his stats lowered.

    @Rafafloks87 it’s only because he’s already back to New York. The loan deal is over.

    Does anyone know where I can see the Official FIFA 2012 list of players for all teams? I am not a member of EA MyFIFA and I don’t own the FIFA 12. I am just curious to see the player roster.

    Has EA made face/hair changes in the update? i think suarez for example looks a bit different now or?

    And is there a full list of the player s stat that changed?
