FIFA 12 Starts Playstation Summer Sale

The Playstation Summer sale begins tomorrow and the first game on offer is FIFA 12 which you’ll be able to download it for just £19.99.

For those of you that are Playstation Plus subscribers you’ll also pick the UEFA Euro 2012 DLC for free, which considering its £15 on it’s own isn’t a bad deal. Disregarding of course the fact that it just isn’t very good. The deal only lasts for 4 days though (1st Aug – 4th Aug) so you’ll need make your move swiftly.

So if you haven’t played FIFA 12 yet (unlikely if you’re reading this) or you traded it in, this might be your chance to jump back on the bandwagon.

    GREAT NEWS – look at THIS:

    I have some qoutes from, Bruce Grannec, who is playing Fifa right now in the EA Sports headquarters:

    -My first impression is that FIFA13 looks to be more uncompromising than FIFA12. You need to be more accurate with your gamepad !

    -I can confirm that burst of speed (L2+R2) is not working anymore

    -Ball physics looks to have changed. Effects on the ball are clearly more pronounced.

    -Containing defense is not as overpowered in FIFA13 as it was in FIFA12 ! Good news !

    -Lob pass (L1+Triangle) still works in a wonderful way.

    -Players on FIFA13 looks to move a little bit more slowly than on FIFA12.

    -Free-kicks are cool. Now you can add players in the wall, make 3 players combinations, move the wall forward and get a yellow card ! FIFA13

    -Players are now stopping their runs so they are not offside. They are way more careful by doing baby steps to align on the defense.

    -When receiving the ball, you now need to let the player the time to control it without pushing acceleration button. Very nice !

    -Of all teams i’ve tried, i can tell you that ManCity is a killer team (Defense, very complete) !

    -Regarding players, Messi looks to be monstrous on FIFA13.

    -Now you can do real ball protection with your player to let it go out of the pitch or to accompany it to your GK. Nice improvement.

    -It seems that ball is going faster

    -Finesse shots are less powerful and clearly more hard to put into the box. #FIFA13

    -Regarding shots, it looks like you need to be even more in good position than before to score. Way more realistic. #FIFA13
