FIFA 13 – FUT Screens

EA have popped a few FUT screens up on their Facebook page showing off the new UI for both the console and the web app.

In other FUT news, FIFA points make the transition from PC to consoles. You’ll no longer be buying packs with MSP or your PSN wallet. Now you’ll be buying them with FIFA points which ARE purchased with MSP or your PSN wallet and are available indifferent amounts. Great news for 360 players as you now transfer ACTUAL money to MSP, then MSP to FIFA Points. Then you can buy packs. Super convenient. Not.

The upside is that once you have FIFA points on your account they can be spent through the console, web app or mobile app.

    I like the fact that Fut now has seasons , far to many times online you get paired with newbies with a poor squad against a very good player with a really good squad, and within minutes the newbie has quit the match because they can’t compete , were with having seasons now in place players will face someone that is rufly the same level as themselves , hopefully that should stop alot of rage quiters
    Nothing more annoying than playing someone for 5mins them quiting and wasting your contracts , booster cards etc .
    As for the points system I’ve never bought packs using real money I’ve played for my coins so that wont part of things won’t concern me
    On note with getting packs I’ve spent loads on packs to get decent players and have allways been giving crap ( ps3 version )
    But I’ve had better luck on my sons Xbox version , might just be my bad luck but it doesn’t seem as good getting players from packs on the ps3.. Getting rewarded for how you have played through a tourney sounds like a good addition hopefully making it easier to get more coins .
    In all sounds exiciting and can’t wait to sink my teeth into it

    The in form card is pretty good, but the other ones are shit, that yellow is annoying.

    I was hoping to see an option for a diferent kit choose for each squad.

    looks like Ox stats are mixed up 91 passing 68 pace think they will be correct by the time the game comes out. what confuses me is that lots of good players including messi seem to be non rare but in other shots he is rare think these cards are just to give a glimpse.

    @Josh Granted he’s been injured but prior to the injury he was so easily one of if not the best centre-half in the world. You’re quite deluded if you think otherwise.

    For me, given the injuries, an 87 would be fair, and that could increase or decrease next February based on how his return from injury goes.

    @Orpan, the manager tasks will most likely be applying team training/fitness/morale etc? Just a guess though.
    I just hope they fixed the ‘rage quit’ = stuck on upcoming screen for next match unless you exit UT first issue at long last!!

    On a side note… anyone else noticed that the trade page seems to have a lower current bid than the starting price?? God i hope they haven’t put reserve prices on auctions!!!

    The biggest problem with FUT is that EA are exploiting people by encouraging people to exchange ‘real money’ for packs that contain there so called ‘special players’ ie: IFs etc…

    BUT the IFs etc aren’t special if you can’t play the game, come across so many gamers with so called ‘top squads’ and beat them easily due to the fact that they’re so poor at the game.

    The inclusion of seasons is very promising because hopefully it will mean being against the best in the top division.

    Now that there is a seasons format as in H2H on FIFA 12 can you have the same functions?

    Ie can I search for players that only play with manual controls online now? Or is there no filter and i can still be matched against assissted players?

    the person has only played 1 game which he lost but he has over a million coins and is also on lvl 3
