FIFA12: First Soundtrack Artist Announced
Confirmed on the Official EA Sports Twitter Account, Pint Shot Riot are the first artist to be named from the FIFA12 soundtrack.
They’ve appeared once before, on FIFA10 and now they’re back with Twisted Soul.
Both tracks are below.

No idea. Never heard of them.
But like so many have said, it doesn’t bode well. The Fifa soundtrack is always notoriously awful. I wish they’d have different categories, GTA-style, for those of us who don’t want to listen to terrible obscure indie bands, etc.
Or better still, allow us to import our own music (but I guess that’d negate the fact that they’ve paid so much money for the soundtrack licenses in the first place…)!

The FIFA soundtracks aren’t awful imo. What I like about them is that they grow on you, and next thing you know you have some FIFA soundtrack songs from 07,08,09, 10 and 11 in your ipod.

EA really seems to like putting a load of crappy indie rock music in FIFA don’t they? We have this type of stuff every year. Not like i can complan anyway, you’re able to import your own music, so if it really bothers you that much then i suggest doing this or turning off the songs you don’t like.
Oh, and 2010 WC had a great soundtrack, Nas & Damien Marley. :)

I absolutely love the soundtracks….those who hate them need to broaden their musical horizons. And you can import your own music….to whoever said you can’t.

I love their soundtracks, even the ones i initially go wow that’s annoying…a month later i get pumped up everytime i hear it.

I truly hope that FIFA 12′s soundtrack doesn’t fail us, FIFA usually comes up with amazing soundtracks (For me, FIFA 07 and FIFA 10 have the best soundtracks) and they got ground to make up because of FIFA 11s semi disappointing sound track

I’ve always loved the Fifa soundtracks, even though most of the time its stuff i havent heard or wouldnt choose to listen to. I think it was Fifa 06 i liked the best though, with franz ferdinand, and the doves

ok guys. i’ve been privvy to a tune that’s from the FIFA12 soundtrack, there is a slight touch of dubstep to it. that’s all i’m saying.
apart from the fact that it’s fucking great.

The last game where I simply loved the soundtrack was on FIFA 07. I even bought the soundtrack :P
But since then the music has been ‘fair’ to me but nothing great. I agree that they grow on you, but not to the point for me where I want it on my computer ;)

Im not really bothered to be honest, i always keep the music off, so it really couldnt make a difference to what bands are on there.
