FUT: Messi Cup

EA are really pleased to have brought Lionel Messi on board. That’s why every single post today has been about him. As if putting him on the cover wasn’t enough, or having him judge a goals competition, they’ve also brought out a special if Messi card for Ultimate Team AND created a cup in his honour.

The in-form card is available from now until the end of the week (hopefully the weekend, not just tomorrow) and can be found in Gold Packs, obviously. There’s an image of it below. Doesn’t look too shabby….

The tournament can be played both online and offline, with the prizes being 7,000 and 4,000 coins respectively. The tournament rules stipulate that you can only field Liga BBVA players.

    This is really great, but to really get this special Messi card in packs I dont expect to be easy at all. and I cant play this cup, I far from got 18 Liga BBVA players in my FUT. But Nice to have Worlds Best Player Messi on board on Fifa & EA Sports :)

    but who do i get better players at goldpacks ?? since fifa11 i hat about 150 goldpacks … my best player was 83… so how am i supposed to get MESSI!!!
