Simon Humber has updated the official World Cup blog, talking about Captain Your Country and Penalty Kicks – the latter sounds extremely interesting.

The second phase of EA Sports’ new online based franchise FIFA Online goes live today (3rd March). Many new features have been added to this phase of the Beta to make it a much more enticing experience.
The League mode that will allow you to build your own dream team has now been introduced as well as expansions to online play options.
To register head over to the FIFA Online Portal. You will be able to access the server from 5PM to 11PM GMTÂ on weekdays until March 18th.
